AQUI ESTAN Y ESTOS SON

La 31ra edición del Rally Argentina, que se llevará a cabo entre el 26 y el 29 de mayo y tendrá a la ciudad de Villa Carlos Paz como epicentro, tendrá
64 tripulaciones luchando mano a mano por la victoria en esta tradicional competencia sudamericana. La carrera, que cuenta con la organización del
Automóvil Club Argentino, será la sexta fecha del Campeonato del Mundo de Rally FIA (WRC) y también otorgará puntos por el Campeonato del Mundo de
Rally para Autos de Producción FIA (PWRC).
Los nuevos Wolrd Rally Cars serán una de las atracciones principales en esta edición del Rally Argentina; Citroën presentará los DS3 WRC mientras que
Ford pondrá en carrera sus Fiesta RS WRC, en tanto que Mini llegará con su flamante unidad WRC. En total serán 12 los vehículos de la división mayor
que deleitarán a los fanáticos durante todo un fin de semana en las sierras de Córdoba. El cinco veces ganador de este evento, Sébastien Loeb, junto a
la nueva estrella francesa Sebastién Ogier y sus rivales en Ford, Mikko Hirvonen y Jari-Matti Latvala serán los más esperados por los miles de
espectadores que nuevamente coparán cada uno de los tramos de competencia.
Por su parte el PWRC, que disputará en Argentina la tercera fecha de su calendario, llegará a nuestro país con 10 protagonistas, entre los cuales se
destacan el líder del certamen, Martin Smerrad, el ganador del Rally de Portugal, Hayden Paddon, y el peruano, Nicolás Fuchs, que tendrá en su
butaca derecha al cordobés Rubén García.
A pesar de que este año el Rally Argentina no forma parte del campeonato nacional de la especialidad, los pilotos privados continúan apostando por
esta prueba, única cita del Mundial en Sudamérica, donde pueden medirse con los mejore pilotos del planeta. Junto a los habituales animadores del
Mundial, serán 23 los vehículos de tracción integral que se sumarán la competencia, mientras que otras 19 máquinas de tracción simple completan la
lista de inscriptos.
